Our projects

Lafetki - napkins for real conversations

Tired of dinners where everyone is immersed in their phones, we created Lafetki — question napkins that help people around the table have real conversations. Pull one out, read the question, and get ready for some fun.

Lafetki are more than a product. They are packaged by people with disabilities — real jobs, stable income and a sense of belonging. Every Lafetki purchased is both a laugh at home and concrete support for people who rarely get that chance.

What do children from CNST do after finishing high school?

Three of the young people at CNST Lesnovo will turn 18 in 2026. The Odd Minds Foundation team will help them navigate where and what to study and work. We will use our personal experience and contacts to give them a start like the one we would give our own children. Contact us if you would like to get involved!

Machines that give jobs to young people at CSRI Iris

One of the saddest statistics about autism is that around 10–20% of adults have a job. That is why we decided to give employment opportunities to the young people at CSRI Iris, Varna. Your donations made it possible to purchase machines for printing clothes, mugs and badges, with which the children will be able to learn a trade and start earning money for their work. We already have our first order — the young people from Iris will make company t-shirts. Contact us if you would like to order branded merchandise for your company or event!

A cosy courtyard for children at CSRI Iris, Varna

The centre has the typical Bulgarian courtyard — overgrown, muddy, uneven — in short, unsuitable for working with children. Your donations allow us to help the children have a better environment in which to grow and develop. The courtyard renovation begins on 13 October and will bring much joy to the children come spring!

A day at the water park for children from CNST Lesnovo

On 17 July 2025, with the help of your donations, we took 12 children from CNST Lesnovo to Sofia Water Park. We spent a day full of exciting slides, ice cream, shaved ice, pools and lots and lots of laughter! For the little sisters aged 3, 5 and 7, it was their first time at a water attraction, their first pool and water park, and they made the most of everything! There were entertainers, dancing, games and face and body painting. The teenagers threw themselves into extreme slides with faces full of smiles.
